I’m not as interesting as the food I make.

You are what you eat” but I do not claim to capture the attention of a ravenous college student, quite as well as a burger and tots.

Food is my greatest weakness but my goal is to turn it in to my greatest strength. After successfully completing three months of the Ketogenic “Keto” diet last year, and moving away from that lifestyle, I can tell my metabolism is not what it used to be. For the first time in my quarter century of life, I am struggling to maintain my weight. I certainly have not gotten back down to my size 2 jeans, or even my size 4’s. The thought of fitting into my wedding dress again is laughable. Of course I am not alone in this struggle, so the goal here is to focus my energies into discovering which foods would make Prue Leith declare worth the calories.

The Plan: a topic or two will be selected each month for trials and the popularity contest to conclude which combinations, flavors, methods, or design conquer their rivals.

While I do hope this will benefit you in your quest for the best foods, please share your recommendations, insights, and tips for each category.

Let the games begin!

Love,
